I looked at all of Skye's sources in her post about horses teeth and counting their age. All her sources were legit, and i used one to get more information about horses. I also approved websites on the credible sources page. I approve Ians one source but said he should have more to seem more credible, you can see this here.
All of my sources ive used for information ive collected about brain evolution were approved by class mates. That means I know what good and bad sources are. Because of this my post can be found here on the blog site.

I read and understood information about brain evolution. By doing so i was able to write a post about it. This post gave me more insight to how great of a thing evolution is and how present it is in out world. The websites i used can be found here and here. The info i comprehended was good and on legit sources because my post is on the blog site here.

I posted a post about the Evolution of the Human Brain. It is at the botttom of my wiki page. By using evolution of the human brain i made it possible to apply things we've learned in class to my post. I provided possible questions too. Also kids are well informed about evolution, and because of this they can think about what we learn in class while readiong my post. Mt post got posted on the main blog site here.

At the bottom of my wiki page under my post, you will find a response from a practicing microbiologist by the name of Rich Meyers. I sent him my post via email, he read it and responded. He told me how i could improve it, and also said that it is pretty good. Please take a look.

help them make it better. I will do this by resarching their
topic and making sure all of their stuff is credible and correct.
I commented on the post aout our DNA lab. I said how it helped me learn and how it was a good thing to do. I also commented on Dylans post here. I also commented on louis's post, i provided him with approval of his sources saying they were all legit, this can be found here. I politely provided constructive criticism to ians post here. I read and commentedon peoples posts. Giving them more info and asking them questions that I have about their posts. I commented here and gave more info to the post.

Do the work so i can discuss it with knowledge. Also do extra
research so i can know information that others may not know.
I wrote a post and it included the topic of evolution. The post can be found at the bottom of my wiki page. We have been learing about evolution so i applied it to my post. I learnded more about evolution and how great of a thing it is. Also we talked about allopatric and sympatric evolutiuon in class. I commented on a post by Ms. Baker and gave more info to the post here.

The nucleolus is a prominent sub-nuclear structure that is not bound by a membrane and resides within the nuclear matrix. Though known to exist since the eighteenth century, the primary function of the nucleolus was not discovered until the 1960s. It is now been determined that nucleoli manufacture the subunits that combine to form ribosomes, the cell's protein-producing factories.

the size of the nucleolus is considerable, sometimes occupying as much as 25 percent of the total volume of the nucleus.

Through the microscope, the nucleolus appears like a large dark spot within the nucleus (see Figure 2). Eukaryotic cells often contain a single nucleolus, but several are also possible.

Each diploid cell in the human body features only one nucleolus

The nucleolus is comprised of granular and fibrillar components, as well as an ill-defined matrix, in addition to DNA

In recent years, scientists have been industriously investigating a possible connection between the nucleolus and cell senescence (aging). Most evidence for such a link thus far has come from studies with yeast cells, some of which suggest that cumulative damage to ribosomal RNA genes and fragmentation of the nucleolus may be central to the aging process

The Evolution of The Human Brain

The human brain has evolved greatly overtime, from the time of cavemen to us. Lets try to better understand how this great thing has happened. On this page under Big Giant Head it is stated that at some point in history the human brain changed, and was suddenly able to compute, manage and store information like never before. All life originated from three fatty acids( as stated here in The First Human Brains). These same fatty acids now form the essential components of our eyes' photo receptors and our brain's cell membranes. The first living organisms did not have brains as we do today. It is said the first brains were found in insects. These early brains are more collections of ganglia – where hundreds of nerve cell bodies congregate. However the brain has evolved to be quite big. It seems that carnivores have bigger brains in relation to their body size than their prey, giving them the advantage to create tactics and strategies to catch prey. When scientists put all the pieces together they found that the early humans who lived near water sources and ate seafood have experienced the biggest brain change. This is why many people say that fish is good for your brain. Stone age families living by the water would have been able to provide their families with specific brain nutrition. There must have been enough omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids available in their diet to provide many generations with fuel for fetal/infant development as well as childhood and adult needs for the cardiovascular system and the brain. Here I found a lot of info to help write this post and I think you will find useful information to help yourself better understand the brain and how it has evolved.

I actually stated in my post that stone age families living by the water had a diet that helped enhance their brains. Families living by the water ate fish, and other seafood. I stated in my post "stone age families living by the water would have been able to provide their faimilies with the specific brain nutrition. So i think that explains why people say fish is good for you. If it was not clear im sorry.

From what I have read the information appears to be good, I would recommend that you find some references in the scientific literature to support the points you talk about in the posting. You can do a literature search on-line. I would also recommend you mention things like how different parts of the brain evolved differently in different animals compared to humans for specific purposes. An example would be that large areas of the human brain have evolved devoted to vision and in some animals other areas of the brain evolved largely devoted to smell.
Overall I think you are on the right track. Good look !
